Examples in the past have ranged from a full RYA course through part of a course which someone has missed to very specific requests.

Recent examples have included a requirement that ‘I want to  learn to read a chart and work with tides’, a passage planning refresher prior to a Yachtmaster practical assessment and a series of ‘catch up’ sessions for someone who had missed part of his RYA evening class.
